As long as we're on the topic of legal issues, kudos to that judge for dismissing the ridiculous suits brought on behalf of those morons that invested in feeder funds that turned around and invested in me.

First, your 40% contingency lawyers should have known that you people have zero (zilch!) standing.
Second: The only claims that Picard's people can approve are ones involving direct investors--the people that wrote checks to BLM.
Third: You didn't deposit your funds into a SIPC regulated brokerage account, you simply handed your money to an investment manager that couldn't find a hole if it had hair on it, no less one that had their own E&O coverage.
Last: This means you were stupid then, and if you paid any type of retainer to the lawyers that brought this suit, you're even more stupid now than you were then.

On another topic--to you smarty pants people that want to keep believing that Jeff Picower was the mastermind and I was the gopher--all I can say is you'll have to ask him. Last I heard, he was in Libya buying up drilling rights. [What? You still think he died in his swimming pool??]

Let's switch to politics. Me and Junior had to finally petition the Warden to block these f**king GOP presidential debates. Half of the guys in here have been having nightmares since these shows first started, and the other half are now wetting their beds. The good news is that the Warden acquiesced when he realized that allowing this stuff to be broadcast in here is nothing short of cruel and unusual punishment.

Speaking of "shorts"...Everybody wants to know if I think this is the spot to short the stock market. To those of you that haven't been subscribing to my private newsletter, this would be the time to start subscribing to it.
